Refund and Returns Policy

At Inko Sazana Jewellery, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process fair, simple, and transparent.

1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

The item was purchased directly from inkosazana.com.
The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-made pieces.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery.

2️⃣ Return Process

Email info@inkosazana.com or WhatsApp +256 772 120260 to initiate a return.
Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a reference number.
Ship the item securely to our fulfillment address:
Inko Sazana Jewellery, 1 Water Lane, Naguru – Kampala, Uganda.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

3️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email or WhatsApp.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.

4️⃣ Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

5️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos for a free replacement or full refund.
